Our services

Burvill & Burvill restore furniture using traditional methods and high standards of craftmanship. Hardwood frames are glued, screwed and dowelled. Skilled upholstery using coiled springs, hair and linen scrim together with time trusted techniques are used to reupholster furniture.

Modern methods involving serpentine springs, rubberised hair and foam will be used as appropriate on contemporary furniture. 

We can make custom seating and cushions.



You will be secure in the knowledge that your furniture will be reupholstered to the exacting standards of the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers.

We will be pleased to work on a wide range of furniture from that family heirloom to an interesting piece that just caught your eye. We can also produce bespoke furniture to fit in with your particular scheme.

All work is carried out in our own workshops.

We can collect and deliver furniture in Sussex and Kent, further afield by arrangement.
